<p>This crate is <a href="https://crates.io/crates/time">on crates.io</a> and can be
used by adding <code>time</code> to the dependencies in your project&#39;s <code>Cargo.toml</code>.</p>

<p>This crate uses the same syntax for format strings as the <a href="http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man3/strftime.3.html">strftime()</a> function from the C
