5b0cca0353 Added withMappedFile utility function 
Works pretty much as `withTempFile`, except looks
mapping up and uses temp. file only when necessary.

e06e4d25df More sensitive to cache invalidation. 
This addresses a problem where changes to a .cabal file were not
invalidating the cache files.
