a5dae2a82d Drop memory-mapped files, since ghc doesn't play well with those 
All files are now "redirected", either user-created, or created by ghc-mod itself.

5b0cca0353 Added withMappedFile utility function 
Works pretty much as `withTempFile`, except looks
mapping up and uses temp. file only when necessary.
