e7a186a103 elisp: Fix excessive use of map-file 
We still don't do unmap-file but this should alleviate the problem
somewhat since most commands won't actually use map-file.

138c711dc1 Adds ghc-report-errors to turn off *GHC Error* buffer when nil 
ghc-mod now writes GHC errors to a new *GHC Error* buffer only if
report-ghc-errors has the value `t`. If a user wants to silence this
buffer, they should evaluate the following s-expression.

    (setq ghc-report-errors nil)

7c4765bdef Remove timeout from loop in ghc-sync-process 
This fixes the possibility that ghc-process-running was left non-nil
after timeout.
Quit still can abort the loop.
